I ran a 1/2 mile warm-up, then 5.5 miles of segments, then a mile cool-down. I wasn't as fresh as I was on Monday, that's for sure. Miles of the segments went 7:24, 7:34, 7:44, 7:45, 8:14. The pace fell off at the end, as I ran out of energy. I still felt that it was a good workout, learn to run fast when tired is always something that will help in a race situation, regardless to what fast actually is.
