I ran with Peyton, Conor, and Sage. After a mile easy to warm-up, I picked up the pace to reach these runners. We then ran out to the RV park on 10th and back. Pace was reasonable. Running in a long sleeve and shorts made the pace seem easier. Definitely much better than yesterday.
