What a beautiful morning for a long run! Started with goosebumps, but was still enjoying the shade by the end! Had a nice group with Ashlyn, Beth, and Trinity. Ash had a down week, so she only went 70 minutes, then Trinity only had 90 minutes, but Beth did 14 with me! Those last 8 minutes solo were a struggle, especially because the first 4 of them were downhill. Coach joined us for a little while in the middle, talked up Thunder Woman park. We are absolutely going there next weekend! There's apparently a wishing bridge and the river is fantastic, and I mean, come on, it's called "Thunder Woman." Glory to God for a great LR.
Also said "Good morning" to Liam and Spitz at least three times.
