My mom biked with me. It was getting dark already, which was kind of spooky. We hear what sounded like a bunch of screams, and think it was the coyotes??
I was feeling very stressed and annoyed and anxious. Joy.
Went to see Marite Grothman today, which was ridiculously expensive for her to tell me that I need to eat liver and take adrenals. 5/10 would not go again.
