(2 minutes on, 1 minute off) x 10. Solid workout. I was a little worried about my calf during the warmup, cause it was pretty tight, and my tum was acting a little odd, but the workout went well.
Kind of a grind to do it on my own, but I saw Brandi and in passing? I definitely made this a tough workout, really tried to get after those 2 minutes on.
