Finally a decent workout under my belt! Still not great, but definitely a good, solid tempo. I was feeling very rhythmic, and had planned on stopping at 20, but when I hit mile three I turned out of the wind and felt a lot better, so I kept going until I felt that I was starting to strain a little too much. I could have made it to 25, but that was not the goal today; I'm proud of myself for respecting the down week!
Next tempo, I need to really address that third mile, because that is where I always seem to slow down and settle too much.
My headlamp didn't die until the last mile or so.
