A modified workout--- I did 6 2-minute pickups because of this fatigue nonsense I'm dealing with. I AM JUST SO FRUSTRATED WITH MY BODY AND I WANT TO FEEL OK AGAIN AND then my stupid IT band was acting up today and I feel like a wimp and like everyone will think I'm just slacking off and making excuses. UGH THIS IS THE WORST. But I think that I felt better today than yesterday. So. There's that, at least.
