I think Coleman was trying to kill me. This long run was so hard and my legs hurt so much and Mad Dog has so many hills. Had a mini panic attack at around 55 minutes, but we were passing St. Mary's, so I focused on God and got myself under control. Besides a little wind, the weather was beautiful. My legs are still kind of destroyed from the 10k... hmph.
