Low grade hamstring pain/ tightness that whole time.
Ada Hayden was fantastic, though-- the weather was perfect, the ducks were out. I saw a bunch of robins and ran within inches of a chickadee sitting in a bush. The geese were non-confrontational, which I found surprising because I saw so many goslings!
