Nice long run with Morgan. Did the first part with Callum, too. Saw Jay for a little bit.
My van is dead again. Urgh. IT Band a little tight.
I swear, this route is the PRETTIEST. Those cows on the hills are just so picaresque. Brown and white, with fields of flowers and rows of corn. Rural Iowa makes me want to sit in the grass in a long dress and write poetry.
