A great hill workout! Felt really good, enjoyed surging up both sides of my valley. Did the 2 min recovery just jogging back and forth on the bridge at the bottom, because really, what else can you do? During the cool-down/ mileage portion I really focused on my breathing, counting to seven. It helped quite a bit.

Miss you more! The name stems from when we were kids and we went down and up this valley/ hill in the car 😄
