Notes
I was dreading doing this long run by myself, but it turns out that a nice long run-- in the rain-- all alone-- was exactly what I needed. It was gently thunderstorming and just beautiful. I definitely felt better as I went along, and taking this long run at a little bit of a slower pace than I normally long run in was a wise decision (although... I didn't really have much say in the matter). Sending up prayers of thanks for the weather!
