Solo vibing with the sunset and my September (soft) playlist.

This week's been hectic, and when I got out of class at six, I realized that I was forgetting something-- running. Threw on the shoes and went medium long. I basically just ran until I wasn't a ball of anxiety and stress. Felt almost human again by the end.
