Ran with Cassidy, and about mile four she started complaining that she was hurting. I tried so hard to stay with her, but she just kept slowing down, so for the last mile I had to drop her. Also said she didn't do anything Saturday, which shocked me... I know it's finals week, but you can't even fit in a 15 minute shake out? I'm worried that she will get the '"freshman dead legs" that I keep hearing about... Also, whenever I try to convince her to use RunningAhead, she blows it off... *sigh*
