So. A weird day. SUPER windy outside, so i hopped on my grandma's stationary bike that is older than I am. The bike's shifter didn't work, though, and it was really jerky My grandma's house is also HOT. So after 20 minutes, I went outside, got on my actual bike, and biked (with the wind) back to my aunt's house, where I proceeded to do a 35 minute HIIT cardio workout for the rest of my XT. I feel like I didn't do anything today, kind of like a bum, but also like I just needed today.
