hi my name is Dave & I can do my tempos while you do your regular runs and that would be about the same pace. also, I support farting at any and all times and have passed my fair share of gas. need to stop for a bathroom break on a run? no problem! need me to watch the trail while you step behind a bush? no problem! need to rant the entire run? I'm a good listener! I look forward to hearing from you :)
