A nice LR with Trinity! Distance was probably closer to 14 because my watch can never measure distance on the indoor track accurately.
We started outside with me talking Trinity's ear off about the 'Red Queen' series (TLDR: dramatic dystopia with a ridiculous love triangle). Then we ran on the indoor track for about 25 minutes, saw Coach Newsom and a hurdle camp, then put our clothes back on for the last 30 minutes outside!
Just happy to have been able to run a whole LR for the first time in who-knows-how-long.
