Notes
first annual Trevor Till Memorial 5k. THe course was our town run route from high school, so I was familiar with it. Christopher won the race wearing a speed suit and a backwards cap. I ran the first two miles with my friend Eva, then picked it up the last mile. Almost kicked down some random high schooler at the line. Finished first overall female. I must have hugged Lisa (Trevor's mom) about five times, the poor dear was barely holding it together. I was so so so grateful that there was such a big turnout for a first year race. I wish that we didn't have to have this race in the first place, as it is a memorial 5k, but it ended up being a lot of fun and a great community event. Trevie is still bringing Seneca together; truly a magnetic presence, and deeply missed.
