Hills and 150s, finished my mileage up with Aubrie, then the last 10 minutes solo. Felt like a dead weight for the warm-up, but then was really strong on the hills and 150s. Went back to feeling like trash warmed over for the rest of my mileage, but at least I had good company!
Really tried to bring some positive energy to the hills, and I think it worked; I felt better, at least. :)
