A nice long run with my dude Beth! Last 24 minutes solo. Lots of wind. We talked about childhood games played outside, and how glad we are that we grew up outdoors.
Did a little loop in the trails (peep the 7:46 mile lol), which was a lot of fun!
Ran my last 3 minutes with Liam into a headwind that made me very glad I was almost done.
