Actually ran on the trails for the first two miles, which made for some interesting splits. A solid day with Trinity and Moriah, then ten solo, then 15 with my dad, who decided to join us for his 16 mile time trial, then the last 5 on my own. Felt good, picking it up at the end felt easy. Perfect weather-- misty and chilly and the sun shining. Song in my head: "Water Witch" by the Secret Sisters
