Solid long run! It's so much fun to really get after a long run like this. Started out with Frosty and Curren, but after they dropped that 6:26, I decided that there was a difference between fast and stupid, so I circled back and did the rest with Morgan. the road was flooded down on the gravel section by the bridge, so we had to turn around and go back to the main road to get around it, hence the extra 6 minutes.
