I LOVE LONG RUNS!!! :D
I ran with the guys, which was so fun, because they had so much energy and they were all in a group and it was just HAPPY! Eventually Coleman and I split off, got lost, but still managed to get back only two minutes late. I felt so good, and so fast, and on the last mile my legs were starting to get pretty stiff (they are not used to running that far!) but it was the best type of pain and I just want all of my runs to hurt this good!
