Well, these shoes are about dead. Just like I was at mile 12 of this LR. I wanted to get 15, so I was disappointed with myself for calling it at 13, but I still made it through the long run, and sometimes you just have to listen to your body. I'm going to start off next week fresh with a positive attitude!
