Making shit up. Decided that 4 x (2@MP, 1@Thresh) with 3 min rest between sets sounded fun.

Felt better as I went. Getting better at settling into marathon pace. Focused on form during the second half. Glutes are definitely feeling the lack of lifting I've been doing.
