A solid workout, if a little sloppy. Intervals were not as even as I would have liked, but it was nice to have a buddy for the first 6 (Thanks @ Patrick). Felt very strong and controlled, as one should at thresh pace. Also, the weather was beautiful and Cedar Bend is lovely!
