Warm up + 12 by hill. Hills were supposed to be longer, but it's tough to find longer hills around here, so I decided that 12 hills is still solid.
Proud of myself for getting this run in today. It's a habit again! This morning I just laid in bed until I had to get to work, so I knew that I needed to get my run in after work. Instead of just shrugging it off like I might have two weeks ago, I blasted some music and drove to this hill, parked in the field turn-in.
Focused on strength, not speed. Marathon training :)
