Cincinnatus Showdown 5k. 15:53. Rust buster race for me as I haven’t raced since the half in early December. Just stayed pretty consistent at 76 seconds per lap. Was leading a large group for the first two miles but then it broke apart, I tried to go with the lead of that pack but couldn’t respond, just have not much top end speed right now. Still, pretty satisfied with this for first race of the year. Felt strong, just no speed. Fun race!
