Felt much better cardio wise already after one day. Ran 6:15, 6:14, 6:17, 6:10, 6:09

Warm up was extremely difficult. Legs were so sore that they hurt. Did the most I could do to loosen them up for the run, it'll just take some time and getting them used to running again.
