Ran 3 miles up, 2 miles down. I had a hard time holding tempo pace for longer than 5 min. So I ran as long as my pace was under 5:30. The first set I got all 7 min. Under 5:30, the second set I lasted 5:45. The third set I barely managed 4:30 min under 5:30 pace. I did run 7 min for each set.
