Temp 52, DP 51, light rain. Wind of 8 mph from east.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Madison Manor park and back past home to the CVS (couldn't grab stuff because it was closed), then back home. Drills and two strides after.
L/R balance was 50.9/49.1 - wore big toe spacers.
Wore thin longsleeve and shorts - comfortable.
Took salted caramel gu - caffeine maybe a bit too much.
