Temp 67, DP 66, wind of 3 mph from SE. Pollen of 3.2
The workout was 2x800, 1600, 2x800, and some 400s. Since this was my first workout back and I'm also focusing on shorter stuff, I cut out the last 800 in favor of some 200s. Splits were 3:24, 3:24, 6:48, 3:18, 48, and 48. Recoveries of 2:4x-2:5x after the 800s and 5:30 after the 1600. Full recovery for the 200s.
Worked with/trailed Damien, Ashley, Dave Lett, Regina, Carolyn, Ben, and Ari.
L/R balance was 51.8/48.2 - so a little off - wore little toe spacers. Gait felt smoother, though.
Needed 3 puffs of rescue inhaler pre-workout.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, and razz clif gel - sat well.
