Ran from home out Custis to W&OD to Van Buren loop, with 4:30 in grass at Banneker park each way. Had to alter the Van Buren loop a bit due to paving work.
Wore longsleeve and shorts - slightly warm to comfortable.
L/R balance at 50.8/49.2 - wore big toe spacers
