Notes
Mile 1 took 15 minutes, used as warmup, few short sprints. Mile 2 took 10 minutes, ran without stopping. Mile 3 took 10 minutes, ran without stopping. After mile 3, took about a 1 minute walking break. Mile 4 took about 11.5 minutes, ran without stopping until right near end. Mile 5 took 14 minutes, ran about first half without stopping, then got really tired and walked the rest. Mile 6 took 23 minutes?!! Apparently but that’s hard to believe. Miles 7 and 8 took 26 minutes, ran about first 1.5 miles without stopping. Walked about 2 minutes and ran the rest. Mile 9 took about 15 minutes, walked most except ran last .25 mile.
Splits are guestimates only…I use phone for clock to judge about how long each mile took, and take a voice memo to remember that time. However I set a timer for 3 hours before I leave, and subtract the remaining time when I get back to get a more exact time…somehow I have an extra 5.5 minutes snuck in there somewhere.
