First barefoot run! Interesting. I read that running barefoot makes you run with a midfoot strike, instead of a heel, strike...like you're supposed to. Well it seemed more like you heel strike or you run on the balls of your feet, but that may be because I have high arches, I dunno. Anyways it was pretty fun. I realized how heavy my shoes are, (Asics Gel-Frantic), I never though they were but my feet were so much lighter, the whole run was a bit more effortless.
