The overall time on this one is a bit misleading...I ran the first mile in 7:06, didn't feel great for mile 2 and ran 7:22. For mile three I got back into the groove and ran 7:09, then a guy I have run with a few times hopped on the track and we dropped the pace. Last mile: 6:25.
