Extremely windy again - crap conditions. Was supposed to start with Aubs, but he was late, so only met up with him when I turned at Llundudno. Felt good the whole way, but blistered badly - think it's the orthotics, as I don't blister in the 1160s. Stopped for about 10min at 12 Apostles to get plasters to tape the left foot, then stopped briefly after the turn to tape under the right toe. Wasn't great on the way back, but the legs and lungs felt good.
