Great easy run from home to 12 Apostles. Felt very good for the first time in a while, despite the heavy weekend in Fancourt with lots of booze and little sleep. Had an afternoon nap before, and took the USN drink on the run. Felt really good - knee was great, and finished strongly feeling fresh.
