Notes

Have to find a better lunchtime route - so many tourists, especially on the South bank. Also, I think the Garmin was erring on the generous side on some of the less exposed portions of the Thames path. Anyway - easy lunchtime recovery jog done - went up to and across Westminster bridge and back down the South bank and across the Millennium bridge.
