I was planning to try 4 x 800m with 2 minute (400m) jog recoveries as a gentle, baby interval session to reintroduce my legs to doing actual workouts. I thinked I judged my fitness about right - the 3rd interval felt quite hard but it never felt that I wouldn't be able to finish the set.
A step in the right direction. Seemingly no reaction from problematic left heel.
