Notes
Interesting run, and not in a good way. Summary:
- 1st mile felt slow and stiff.
- 2nd mile much better, easing into normal running. Recovery jog doing its job.
- 3rd mile more of the same until about half way through - then light-headedness and general feeling of fatigue
- 4th mile pretty bad, stopped to 'stretch' (rest) about half a mile from the office and the slow jog back from there was a little better.
It was hot, but I don't think it was the heat. Maybe I'm short of calories after yesterday's long run?
