Beautiful run on a beautiful evening. Felt terrible all day, but much better as soon as I was out running. Such a good trail through the woods near Batchwood - the packed earth trail is great (last time I ran this way it was a quagmire) and surrounded by a carpet of bluebells in a quiet old wood. Fantastically peaceful.
