Notes

Started at 10.6km/h and added 0.1 every 800m to finish at 11.5km/h. Pretty exciting, huh?

Legs feel a bit beaten up - maybe doubling over the last couple of days has meant I haven't really recovered from the weekend's race. Will go out tomorrow morning and see how I feel before deciding whether to do a workout or not. At the moment I still want to err on the side of caution, especially with a mildly grouchy achilles.
