This was one of the Gade Valley Harriers' organised training runs. Ran with Pete for first 4-5 miles, then let him go. Got caught up by a group of local runners and ran with them for the last 5-6 miles, which was good - a chatty Irishman meant I wasn't thinking about the run too much. Happy with the brisk average pace - was only aiming for 7:00 - 7:30 per mile originally - ended up averaging under 6:34 for the last 13 miles of this run, which is essentially MP.
