Pretty bad run!
1 - felt really tired and fatigued, almost like I was hitting the wall. Crappy. Then...
2 - major wipeout just after turnaround. Walked for a bit, then ran home - much better than the way out in fact.
Some cuts and bruises on shoulder, elbow, side, shin and hands. Nothing major.
