Notes

Pretty standard easy run, gradually working up from 10.8km/h to 12.1km/h, but then decided to run the last mile at goal 10K pace (6:00/mile). Breathing actually felt pretty easy and relaxed, but lower legs felt bad, and left foot seemed to be hitting the ground really hard for some reason. Anyway, let's see if Achilles and/or hamstring react to this.
