Decent run. Needed to be 4.75, but 4 miles is fine. Hydrated throughout and Gu prior to run. Started out at 13:00 mile for the first mile, upped it to 12:30 for the next 2 miles, upped it to 12 for the last mile. Had some really great enjoyment moments despite just being on a hamster wheel. Looking forward to my next run.
2 weeks until the 10k. I'm planning on taking it really slowly.
