8x25 Extended Balance Hips & shoulders at 45 degrees – front palm flat – other hand at front thigh – turn to breathe
8x25 Single Arm Go from your side to flat and back again. Reach past front hand. Use hips. Flow, don’t pause
8x25 Catch Up
8x25 Nearly Touch As per catch-up but hand starts pulling when returning hand is about 12 inches away (i.e. hands don’t touch)
25 Yard - count stroke again. Focus on putting your drills into one smooth stroke.
75 Yard Cool Down with buoy
