felt meh at the beginning, felt better at the end. wanted to keep going but didn't want to push anything since first practice is tomorrow and i ran kind of late in the day. it's good to be back! the balls of my feet still sore, icing tonight. also, left calf is significantly tighter than the right, so ill be rolling that out soon.
