Notes

To end, I set the treadmill back to 4 miles @ Marathon pace. Holy crap. The pace didn't feel hard, but it was super tough mentally. My mind was telling me all of these negative things, but I just kept going. I wasn't breathing crazy hard, I was just becoming fatigued in my legs and mind. But I went though it. Very pleased with this workout. I think I ran it correctly. Like I said, it wasn't a super fast paced workout, the distance just took a toll on your mind, but I didn't let it get the best of me. Got better today. Plan to shakeout and lift at some point today but the rest of the team is back and we are having camp so I will do my best.
